The Collective Exhale: A Monthly Virtual Breath Gathering

The Collective Exhale

A Virtual Breath Gathering

Sunday, October 19, 2025 • 7:00–8:15 PM ET

Come breathe and belong.

Each month, we gather in real, sacred community to invite calm, cultivate peace, and offer true relief to our nervous systems. This is a gentle, somatic-led practice woven with care — so you can connect back to yourself and feel held while you do.

Breathe from the comfort of your own home. No commute, no pressure — just you, your breath, and guidance to help your system soften. Pajamas welcome.

  • What this is: 75-minute guided somatic breathwork class designed to regulate your nervous system and bring you back to yourself — steady, clear, and grounded.

  • Led by: Jacqui — Registered Psychotherapist (Qualifying) and Breathwork Facilitator. Weaving together science, spirit, and the body’s wisdom to support lasting transformation and real-life change.

  • released tension through chest, jaw, belly, and body

FAQ

Do I need experience? Nope. This is beginner‑friendly.

Can I stay off camera? Absolutely. Your comfort comes first.

Is this safe if I’m pregnant or managing respiratory/cardiovascular conditions? Please message me before attending so I can offer modifications or consult your healthcare provider. Breathwork is supportive, but not a substitute for medical care.

Will there be a replay? We prioritize privacy and presence; live attendance is encouraged (replay not guaranteed).

Safety & Care

This space is paced and trauma‑aware. You’ll always have options and permission to pause. Listening to your body is the practice.
