Pluto Family:This Is Where Your Next Level Begins
If you can feel the edge — the sense that your next chapter is waiting…
that something in you is done looping, done dimming, done surviving —
this is for you.
If life has felt muted… if old patterns keep resurfacing… if there’s a quiet ache in your body that whispers there is more…
This is not a coincidence. This is the moment you stop ignoring the pull.
This is an invitation into a carefully held ceremonial journey designed to support clarity, emotional release, deep self-contact, and integration. A space to shed what no longer fits, to listen beneath the noise, and to reconnect with the part of you that already knows what’s next.
This work opens a doorway to deep emotional healing and spiritual insight — a space to soften old wounds and remember who you are beneath survival, conditioning, and armour.
Not to fix you.
But to reveal you.
This is not a high.
This is not an escape.
This is a threshold.
This Is For You If…
You feel the yes in your bones.
You’re ready to stop doing the work alone.
Your body is leading where the mind cannot.
You’re in a season of uplevelling — ready to unlock insight, clarity, and the next layer of your life. Ready to meet yourself beneath the patterning… and choose something new.
Ready to soften the armour.
Let grief move.
Let truth surface.
Meet what’s been waiting — with support.
If your breath just dropped reading this… if your body whispered yes before your mind caught up…
Let this be the turning point. Claim your next chapter.
Details, preparation, and integration support are shared below.
Sacred Ceremony is a carefully held psilocybin experience in Toronto — a structured ceremonial journey designed to support emotional processing, clarity, and deep integration. This work is rooted in preparation, containment, and intentional guidance, allowing the experience to unfold with coherence and care. This is not about chasing insight or peak moments. It is about creating the conditions where truth can surface, where the nervous system can soften, and where real, sustainable change can take root in your life.
What to Expect
-
Before ceremony, we gather together with Jacqui at Pluto.
This is where intention is named, questions are welcomed, and the container begins to take shape. You will meet those you’ll be journeying alongside — not to process together, but to orient the body toward safety, familiarity, and trust. Preparation is where the nervous system begins to soften, and where the journey quietly starts.
-
On the day of ceremony, the work turns inward.
Eddy serves the medicine with precision and integrity, while Jacqui holds the space — tracking the room, supporting regulation, and tending to what arises with care. The container is structured, quiet, and intentional, allowing your experience to unfold in its own timing.
Nothing is rushed.
Nothing is forced. -
Post-ceremony integration happens in person with Jacqui at Pluto.
We gather again to reflect, ground, and gently weave what emerged back into the body and into daily life. Integration is where meaning settles — not through analysis, but through presence, language, and shared witnessing.
This is not about peak moments.
It is about continuity.
About being supported as the work ripples outward. -
What opens in ceremony asks to be tended — slowly, patiently, with reverence.
Integration is not something to rush or complete.
It is a living relationship with what was revealed — one that unfolds through presence, care, and continued support. For those seeking deeper, more personalized support, 1:1 sessions with Jacqui are available. These sessions offer a quiet, attuned space to process what emerged, support nervous system regulation, and gently translate insight into embodied, sustainable change — at a pace that honours your unique rhythm.
In addition, Jacqui offers monthly sacred gatherings at Pluto. These events weave embodiment practices, breathwork, and intentional presence — creating a consistent place to move energy, reconnect with the body, and stay resourced as the work continues to integrate.
This is about continuity.
About being met beyond the moment of opening.
About allowing the medicine to ripple — softly and honestly — into the way you live. You don’t have to rush what is sacred.
And you don’t have to walk it alone.

About the Ceremony
This ceremony is held as a structured, intentional process — designed to support emotional processing, clarity, and integration, rather than peak experience alone.
Psilocybin invites a temporary softening of familiar mental patterns, allowing perception to widen and the body to speak more clearly. In this state, long-held emotions, subconscious patterns, and unresolved experiences may surface — not to overwhelm, but to be met with presence and care.
The ceremony is guided with steadiness and restraint. There is no forcing, no performance, no expectation of a particular outcome. What arises does so in its own timing, supported by a clear ceremonial container and experienced facilitation.
This work often supports:
Emotional release and inner clarity
A deeper connection to the body and inner world
Insight into repeating patterns or life transitions
A felt sense of coherence, grounding, and truth
For some, the experience is quiet and inward.
For others, it is emotional, symbolic, or deeply reflective.
Each journey is unique — shaped by what the body, psyche, and soul are ready to meet.
Because altered states increase sensitivity, preparation and integration are essential. This ceremony is intentionally held within a larger arc of support, so insight does not remain abstract, but can be gently woven into daily life.
This is not about escaping reality.
It is about meeting it more honestly —
with the body awake, the nervous system supported,
and the heart allowed to soften.

How the Medicine Works
During a Sacred Ceremony, a medium to high dose of psilocybin temporarily reduces activity in the brain’s default mode network (DMN) — a system associated with rigid thought patterns, rumination, and identity fixation. This allows increased communication between brain regions, supporting new perspectives, emotional processing, and insight.
As perception opens, individuals may access deeply held emotions, subconscious patterns, and long-standing mental or emotional blocks with greater clarity and flexibility. Many report a felt sense of insight, emotional release, and inner coherence. Some also experience spiritual or transpersonal states as perception and meaning reorganize.
Because psychedelic states increase sensitivity and suggestibility, expert facilitation and structured guidance are essential. Careful preparation and integration reduce overwhelm and support grounded, lasting change.
